Definitions

Community Stalking is a hidden form of terrorism against an individual, in a malicious attempt to reduce the quality of a persons life so they will have a nervous breakdown, develop psychological problems, become incarcerated, institutionalized,  experience constant emotional & physical pain, become homeless, commit suicide.

It is done using well orchestrated accusations lies, rumors, bogus investigations, setups, intimidation, overt or covert threats, framings, vandalism, thefts, sabotage, torture, humiliation, emotional terror, and general persecution of an individual.

Organized stalking is a destructive criminal program built on deception that  exists to serve the intentions of a few who are aware of its true agenda.

 Legality

Community Stalkers take advantage of loop holes in the criminal and civil justice system. It is much easier to prove and press charges against one person who is constantly stalking someone. It becomes more complicated (though not impossible) to prove that stalking & harassment are perpetrated by groups consisting of individuals the target may never have even met.

Motives

Silence Critics
Whistle-blowers are potential targets. Community Stalking is used as a form of intimidation to prevent people from coming forward with evidence of wrong doing.

Discipline
Some religious organizations use these tactics to 'break an individual' so they become easier to control.

Enforce Code of Silence
Make sure individuals respect the code of silence that some religious and secular organizations demand to protect internal secrets.

Revenge
Many murders are committed out of revenge.  This is often the motive for targeting someone.

Scripture
The Bible clearly prohibits smearing, spying, harassing, threatening and vandalism. Despite this, Community Stalking is prominent within certain Religious Groups. How do they justify the use of covert terrorism? It's actually quite interesting.

Satan Worshipers distort the meaning of words and use biblical scripture out of context to justify their actions. In doing so they are following Satan's example. In the garden of Eden Satan ascribed a different meaning to the commandment God had given Adam and Eve. He implied that they would not be punished if they sinned. He made them think they would acquire greater ability and be 'like God' if they did. Adam and Eve were deceived into believing they would benefit from adopting Satan's interpretation of God's Commandment (Genesis 3:3-5).

Likewise, leaders at the congregational and organizational level of various religious communities are doing the same. Jesus referred to such individuals as 'wolves in sheep's covering'. They portray themselves as having greater knowledge and insight into the scriptures but their true intentions are to lead God's flock astray with false reasoning. They disguise their wrongdoing as wisdom that will benefit or protect the congregation. There are numerous scriptures in the bible that pertain to the strategies used in Community Stalking: smearing, spying, harassing, threatening and vandalism. Again, there can be no doubt about God's disapproval of these tactics. Yet, some elders in Christendom (Jehovah's Witnesses included) profess that these methods are necessary to maintain the purity of the congregation. Likewise they encourage the use of deception and hypocrisy as necessary means to advance the cause of the Church. The bible does not support this reasoning. Anyone who distorts the scriptures in this way is following Satan's example and is probably a Satan Worshiper.
